Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Beauty/Cosmetics Sales Manager to lead and achieve our company’s sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development within the beauty and cosmetics industry. You will be responsible for expanding our retailer network, executing promotional campaigns, and leading our team of beauty advisors to success. This role also involves actively participating in store events and engaging in live-streaming sessions to promote our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve the company’s overall sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Actively scout and recruit new retailers, leveraging industry contacts and market knowledge.
- Pitch new products to existing retail partners to expand product offerings and sales opportunities.
- Execute monthly promotion campaigns across various platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, and physical stores.
- Plan and participate in store events to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Train, mentor, and motivate beauty advisors, ensuring they meet and exceed their sales targets.
- Perform live streaming sessions to promote and sell products, engaging directly with the audience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record in the beauty and cosmetics industry.
- Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with retailers.
- Experience in planning and executing promotional campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Ability to train and lead a sales team, with a focus on achieving measurable results.
- Willingness to co-host live streaming sessions, including late-night slots (twice a month).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
