Administrative Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Check letterbox daily
  • To follow-up and arrange with customers on invoice and payment matters
  • Develop good working relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Attend and follow up with phone enquiries
  • Simple miscellaneous tasks as required

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum diploma holder from any discipline but preferably HR or accounting related
  • Possess good spoken and written communication skills in order to communicate with stakeholders
  • Able to speak fluently and proficient in written English
  • Able to work well under team setting
  • Must be proficient in MS Word and at least basic MS Excel skills
  • Preferably with 1 year experience in HR or accounting
  • Fresh graduates keen to learn are also welcome to apply
