Job Responsibilities:
- Check letterbox daily
- To follow-up and arrange with customers on invoice and payment matters
- Develop good working relationships with customers and colleagues
- Attend and follow up with phone enquiries
- Simple miscellaneous tasks as required
Job Requirement:
- Minimum diploma holder from any discipline but preferably HR or accounting related
- Possess good spoken and written communication skills in order to communicate with stakeholders
- Able to speak fluently and proficient in written English
- Able to work well under team setting
- Must be proficient in MS Word and at least basic MS Excel skills
- Preferably with 1 year experience in HR or accounting
