In line with the general strategy of Special Fluid APME:
Participates in the definition of the commercial strategy
· Proposes sales strategies taking advantage of possible distribution systems (direct sales, sales through subsidiaries, distributors) and integrating the context, economic trends and the competitive environment within its scope
· Contributes to the construction of budgets and LTP within its scope (markets and Key Accounts)
· Manages the implementation – organizes, participates in corresponding meetings (affiliates / distributors / customers)
Defines commercial policies in close collaboration with the SF APME and TEF
· Defines adjusted and consistent commercial policies for drilling and mining
· Dynamically sets and adjusts commercial targets for drilling and mining segment
· Prospecting for new customers
· Promotion of biosourced offers
· Manage Key Accounts in the region
Leads, coordinates, supports and controls the Special Fluids teams in the subsidiaries:
· Analyzes / Organizes customer prospecting carried out by each subsidiary, and makes recommendations on price offers
· Controls monthly forecasts, identifies commercial opportunities and monitors their realization
· Support relationships with Key accounts for local affiliates.
Optimizes the margin for each product line Establishes a plan for each Major Account clearly defining the potential/objectives and associated sales strategies
· Identify key accounts and clients with whom a partnership is of mutual interest and finalize it if necessary
· Coordinate global/regional contracts: volumes/prices/services for each country concerned with the objective of securing a sustainable business flow
· Coordinate and support the proper execution of agreements/contracts
Preparation of Oil and Gas, Mining exhibitions, conferences in relation to SF business expansion
Experience & Qualifications
· Experience in sales and development of drilling base oil sales
· Knowledge of drilling industry with experience of collaboration with both drilling operators and mud companies in Asia and Middle East region
· Preferably to have technical experience in drilling
· Job scope to include sales and development in solvents for application of metal extraction. Knowledge in this area for mining of precious metals and recycling of batteries are preferred
