SALES COORDINATOR
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Engineering
- Able to use AutoCad and do ID Drawing
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words & Powerpoint
- At least 2 years of sales support experience
- Experience in Interior Design sector or Building Construction Industry an advantage
- Dynamic and Resourceful Team player
- Able to Start in Sep 2024
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Project Costing and Sales Quotations
- Calculate Material and Labour Cost Optimization
- Monitor Progress Claims and Retentions
- Prepare Tenders : able to read construction and shop drawings
- Liaise with customers on delivery and installation schedule
- Preparation of Project Profit & Loss Reports
- Provide Support to Sales Teams
- Indoor, Non site
