Project Manager
The Project Manager is to lead the project assigned to successful completion within the project schedule & scope as well as obtain the targeted profit and achieve high customer satisfaction
Main Duties:
- Resolve complex issues with clients & consultants, JV partners, and/or subcontractors who is not able to handle subordinates
- Direct project team members to achieve targets of safety and quality, profit, and timely completion of the project.
- Identify key staff to lead the project and delegate responsibilities. Provide guidance and direction to staff for them to work towards the target set.
- Personnel management and development
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or construction-related field
- At least 10 years of building and/or civil engineering experience. Experience in QA/QC and certified auditors would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of quality requirements of BCA, industry norms, and contract specifications
- Quality Management Systems – ISO 9000
- Candidates with experience in infrastructure projects such as MRT, medical facilities, and other large-scale projects of similar scale will have an added advantage
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the Management
