About the VP Account Management Role
You will be responsible for and own the client relationships for one of Thredd’s fasting, growing markets. Thredd’s APAC business has been highly successful whilst growing rapidly over the last 12 months. Our APAC client portfolio now includes business such as Paidy, Reap, ByBit, Nium and more!
Success in this role will be measured by client retention, satisfaction, sales performance and in particular the securing of exciting new profitable recurring revenues for Thredd. You will be looking to build long-lasting relationships with CXOs of some of the most exciting FinTech businesses in APAC.
The day-to-day of the role includes managing and growing our APAC Account Management team, crafting offers for our clients, managing existing pipeline and acting as an escalation point for our clients.
You will own all client relationships in Asia and be responsible for the full lifecycle of our client experience.
What You Will be Doing as a VP Account Management
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their success and loyalty.
- Identify and seize opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, driving revenue growth.
- Ensure a seamless transition and stellar client experience.
- Leverage Salesforce to manage the sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and keep the team on track.
- Provide insights and data-driven strategies to optimize performance.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a top-notch team of Account Managers.
- Foster a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
- Promote a diverse and inclusive team culture where every voice is heard and valued.
- Develop and refine processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices to streamline operations and drive success.
- Design and implement onboarding programs that ensure new clients are fully integrated and thriving.
- Identify and develop tailored solutions to maximize account value.
- Use data analytics to uncover trends and opportunities within client accounts.
- Work closely with executive leadership on company-wide planning and revenue forecasting.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align efforts and deliver winning solutions for our clients.
- Personally manage relationships with our most important and largest clients.
What You Will Bring to the VP Account Management Role
- Proven management experience in a fast-paced, high growth environment (ideally SaaS).
- Demonstrated ability to build, scale and lead high-performing Account Management or Business Development.
- Measurable success in driving revenue in a Account Management of Business Development area
- Proficiency in using Salesforce to manage pipelines and track performance metrics.
- Experience selling technology solutions to financial service clients, with a deep understanding of their needs.
- Familiarity with FinTech or issuer processing is highly desired

This role is a hybrid role with 50% of the time in the Singapore office
