Responsibilities:
- Working with Restaurant Manager to manage all F&B and day-to-day operations
- Undertaking F&B duties which include taking of food and beverages order, ensuring prompt serving and clearing of food, plates and utensils.
- Ensuring excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
- Coaching and training of service crew.
- Identifying customer needs and responding proactively to all customer concerns.
- Reporting to Management regarding Sales results and productivity
- Fully learn and master kitchen operations.
Requirements:
- At least 1 yearof F&B service experience
- A valid Basic Food and Hygiene Certificate
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs
- A positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures
