- Responsible for the business performance of all outlets
- Analyze restaurant sales and profitability
- Responsible for developing and maintaining high standards relating to customer service, product quality and cleanliness
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of all outlets
- Ensure all operations are in accordance with company’s SOPs and safety and health standards
- To forecast the manpower needs and oversee the manpower deployment to ensure smooth outlet operations
- Serve as leadership role model to supervise and motivate outlet staff
- Manage and resolve staff grievances and disciplinary matters
- Oversee outlet and equipment maintenance
- Responsible for setting up of new outlets and other adhoc projects
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma
- At least 2 years of relevant managerial experience
- Possess strong analytical and good problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills
- Highly meticulous and have an eye for details
- Willingness to work shifts/weekends/evenings to support outlet operations
