Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Lead to oversee our ML software development projects and guide our developers. The Tech Lead will be responsible for driving technical excellence, fostering innovation, and ensuring the delivery of robust software solutions within the finance domain. This role includes collaboration with cross-functional teams, strategic planning, and hands-on development to meet our objectives efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of scalable and high-performance ML infra software solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of software developers.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and risks to ensure successful project completion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear project scopes and deliverables.
- Continuously improve processes through the implementation of best practices in technology development.
Required Qualifications:
- +5 Years of experience in Software engineering
- +2 years of experiences in maintaining proprietary ML infrastructure
- BSc Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics or Math
- Proficiency in both Python and Java
