My client, a Global General Insurance broker, is looking to hire an experienced Broking Manager in Singapore to provide a full spectrum of account servicing for their major corporate accounts.
Collaborating with key stakeholders, you will:
Responsibilities:
- Manage renewals of 15-20 major corporate accounts independently, ensuring all customer requests are resolved with first-class service.
- Developing new and organic growth accounts to meet targets.
- Renewals of accounts; to achieve timely renewal and high renewal retention.
- Preparing detailed proposals and presentation decks for new and organic leads or for remarketing of renewal accounts where required.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with GI broking account management
- Must have a Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, CGI)
- Good command of oral and written English. Fluency in oral Mandarin Chinese is an advantage as you may be dealing with Chinese-speaking clients based in SG
