Job Scope:
* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair devices (With or without motherboard experience)
* Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed LYK Repair quality standards
* Keep track of all devices and inventory while safeguarding all store stock
* Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner
* Ensure that customers have an enjoyable experience by providing superior customer service and exceeding customer expectations phone repair.
Responsibilities:
* Repairing of mobile phones / Macbook, LCD, Battery, spare parts replacement
* Able to Diagnosis & Repair Motherboard is an advantage to salary range.
* Provide actual diagnosis for clients• Ensuring work area are clean
* Other ad hoc duties as per assigned.
Requirements:
* Min 2-3 years of mobile Apple or Android repair experiences.
* Able to work retail hours, 6-day work week, weekends, and public holidays.
* Any educational level is welcome.
* Self-motivated. and team player
