Role Overview
Artemyn Singapore is currently seeking an ASIA IT Application Support to join our young, dynamic ASIA IT Team based in Singapore.
The ASIA IT Application Support aims to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of all applications across the Asia region. This role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting for regional applications, participating in global projects with a focus on SAP implementation and future leadership in Asia, and developing and validating application designs tailored to regional needs.
The ideal candidate will excel in coordinating with global teams, addressing local requirements, and delivering robust solutions that align with both regional and global standards.

Responsibilities:
- Support All Applications: Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues.
- Global Projects & SAP Leadership: Participate in global projects and lead SAP initiatives for Asia.
- Develop & Validate Designs: Create and assess application designs.
- Gather Feedback: Understand users' business requirements.
- Define Processes: Establish and review IT application processes.
- Collaborate with IT Teams/Vendors: Work with regional and global teams and vendors.
- Author SQL Procedures: Design complex stored procedures and SQL jobs.
- Assist in Project Planning: Contribute to planning and scheduling.
- L1-L2 Support/Training: Offer support and training for end-users.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and manage contracts.
Skills & Person Specifications:
Education:
- Diploma/qualification in IT or Computer Science
Typical Profile:
- 5+ years of experience in ERP and BI
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Team player with experience working with multi-cultural teams and regional exposure
- Pro-active and independent
- Experience working in the manufacturing domain (plus)
- Willingness to learn new applications (plus)
Skills:
- Good knowledge of business processes and ERP architecture
- Knowledge and exposure to different modes of integrations (ETL, ELT, ESB)
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft SQL and SSIS
- Understanding of financial reporting and/or financial concepts
- Understanding of cash-to-order and procure-to-pay processes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and work well under pressure
- Ability to present complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences
Experiences:
- Exposure to end-user environments with different application technologies (ERP, CRM, BI)
- Regional travel required
