Job Description:
- Responsible for the Material Handling for Warehouse Operation (Inbound)
- Send out daily inbound reports to customer, twice a day.
- Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to unload containers when required.
- Print Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN) and document on the tally sheet after unstuffing.
- Load and unload packages as needed.
- Put away items in their designated locations using MHE and PDA.
- Minimize in-house stock damage and raise reports to customer when necessary.
- Maintain all material handling equipment through regular maintenance.
- Perform daily housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean and organized workspace.
- Organize and monitor inventory to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Manage inbound stock with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Monitor inbound issues, adhere to time structures, and escalate problems for resolution.
- Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met.
- Handle any additional tasks as assigned by your superior (not limited to inbound operations).

Working Hours:
8.30 am - 17.30 pm, Monday to Friday
8.30 am - 12.30 pm, alternate Saturday
