Job Description:
· Manages and supervises Operations teams.
· Reports to Residential Service Manager.
· Formulates and enforces Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), together with the clients.
· Set the guidelines and strive to achieve company's targets.
· Carry out random inspections on the system.
· Meet the supervisory staff to discuss system related issues and human resource matters.
· Review all breakdowns and explore/provide solutions to prevent recurrence.
· Manages small projects occasionally, if necessary.
· Promote and conduct safety meetings and discussions with supervisors.
· Conduct discussions with client on system-related issues.
· Manage human resources i.e. leave covering, medical leave and recruitment.
· Provide staff development plan, i.e. operations related trainings for all operations staff.
· Conduct staff appraisals.
· Carry out counselling and disciplinary activities.
· Provide monthly reports
· Enforce familiarity of all the various fallback plans.
Requirements:
· Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related discipline
· Experience in Material Handling System will be additional advantage
· Knowledge in MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio
- Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, conflict management and negotiation skills
