- Leading Procurment Department in Fabrication & R&D, New Technology Development and outsourcing services for manufacturing.
- Able to analyse & drive the needs of high mix and low volume sources that are available in the markets
- Having strong background of sourcing and qualifying new potential suppliers from local and overseas market
- Ability to build cost modelling in order to drive the cost gap for existing business
- Lead and work with Engineering function to initiate the VAVE/OMP workshops to identify the cost reduction opportunities
- Contract anf commenrcial terms negotiation experience
- Ensure best practises in place and shared withi the regions site team
- Ability to demonstrate the best value of money in term of efficiency, effectiveness and economy ways
Job Requirements
- Degree or Master in Engineering, Business or its relevant with at least 15 years of procurement experience in manufacturing, EMS or ODM is preferred
- Strong leadership and team coaching experiences
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strong in excel and powerpoint will be an added advantage
- Able to work under dynamic and rapid organisation and agile to the environment needs
- Excellent intergrity background and understand the importance of business ethics.
