Position: Sales Senior Executive (Job ID: 19171)
Working hour: Mon - Fri, 09:00~18:00
Key Responsibility:
1. This position will be responsible for the achievement of Sales & Margin objectives for their defined sales territory of your respective partner accounts.
2. Identify and grow business in existing markets while discovering new growing markets with partners.
3. Assume complete responsibility for sales activities and development within the territory.
4. Execute effective marketing and sales programs for customers.
5. Establish and achieve sales goals and objectives for the territory.
6. Increase sales volume within the territory.
7. Submit and maintain proper customer records
Job Requirements:
1) 3+ years of account management experience, directly or indirectly, with e-commerce and electronics retailers.
2) Knowledge of marine products is preferred.
3) Demonstrates leadership ability through direct or cross-functional teams.
4) Able to communicate in Japanese (Listening/Writing/Speaking) to the stakeholder in Japan and Japanese client.
5) Aligns strategy and enables results through others.
6) Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence others.
7) Embraces an entrepreneurial mindset.
8) Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
9) Experience with CRM and maintaining an accurate forecast is preferred.
10) Demonstrated experience and success within a team-selling approach.
11) Possesses the necessary skills to negotiate issues with peers, partners, and clients using a Win/Win philosophy.
12) Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to write formal reports of findings.
13) Ability to coordinate with the team on account strategy and the business department's strategic plan.
14) Able to work cross-functionally and manage day-to-day activities.
