Marketing Analyst

Job Scope
Analytics and Reporting:
- Generate comprehensive and actionable insights for both business-as-usual campaigns and strategic marketing initiatives.
- Design and build interactive reporting products to enable data-driven decision-making and performance tracking across all channels and campaigns.
- Identify patterns and trends in customer behavior, market dynamics, and campaign performance to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROAS.
Measurement and Attribution:
- Collaborate with the marketing team in the development of appropriate measurements for marketing channels and initiatives.
- Develop robust data collection and processing systems to track, monitor, and evaluate key performance metrics.
- Drive in-house multi-touch attribution models enhancements and refinements for accurate capture and analysis of customer interactions across multiple touchpoints.
- Develop and continuously improve the MMM model for long-term marketing investment decision-making.
MarTech Ecosystem:
- Integrate and manage external marketing platforms, including Google, Facebook, CRM systems, chat apps, and affiliate partner networks.
- Support the adoption of new marketing technology in data orchestration, marketing media, and performance measurement.
You're a fit for this role if you have a:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of data analytics experience in digital marketing or e-commerce.
- Comprehensive knowledge of marketing metrics and major platforms (Google, Facebook, TikTok).
- Proven track record of leveraging data and technology for innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL (required).
- Familiarity with computer networking models (highly desirable).
- Experience with multi-touch attribution models (advantageous).
- Experience with media mix models (advantageous).
