Job Responsibilities:
- Handles inquiries concerning purchase orders and invoices.
- Assist with distribution of mail for the accounting department daily.
- Assist with cash box and petty cash requests as needed.
- Assist with balancing and maintaining cash vault and petty cash fund
- Maintenance of the payment sequence and accounts department filing system and file store.
- To perform any other assigned job duties as per assigned by the management.

- Familiarity with electronic equipment, such as cash registers and POS systems.
