Responsibilities
- Execute procurement contracts through collaboration with stakeholder on requisition, sourcing, evaluation, seeking approval for award and contract management.
- Implement Policies and Procedures in accordance to business needs
- Support the sharing and training of Procurement Procedures to stakeholders.
- Ensure the delivery of the Procurement’s Service Level Agreements commitments.
- Take part in cross functional improvement projects
- Take part in audit review & propose changes according to industry trend
- Aggregate demand with stakeholders using insights from data analytics.
- Ensure effective collaboration and communication with key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in procurement. Candidate with lesser experience will be considered for Junior postions.
- Fair understanding of Government Procurement policies will be advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
