Job Responsibilities:
- Help and also propose to our customers on frozen items
- Provide customers with information about frozen items
- Elevate complaints/ comments to management
- Liaising and good working relationship with admin and accounts department to facilities efficient and timely
- Prepare and execute sales plan
- Prepare monthly sales report
- Procure new clients and build long-term and string relationships with existing clients
- Meet sales and other targets as set by superior
- Gather feedback and information about customer needs, market and competition.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ degree in sales, marketing, commerce or a related field would be advantageous
- Excellent in communication skills
- Flexible working hours
- Mathematically skilful in numbers
- Prior experience in retail would be advantageous
- Excellent customer service skills
- Motivation to work through busy shifts
- Ability to communicate in both English and Japanese is advantageous
