Position: Site Engineer
Location: Paya Lebar
Duration: 8 Months, Monday - Friday, 9am - 6.30pm
Job Description:
- Managing multiple commercial development, installation, and asset enhancement projects.
- Planning project timelines and budgets.
- Procure and oversee a team of consultants for design and approval processes.
- Handling submissions to authorities and ensuring they are approved.
- Supervising contractors to ensure work meets design specifications and timelines.
- Preparing specifications and tender documents.
- Experience with digital/data communication setup and audio-visual equipment installation.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in commercial development or asset enhancement.
- Strong understanding of Singapore’s submission process, codes of practice, regulations, and public sector procurement.
