Position Overview: As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for digital content creation from concept to delivery. You play a pivotal role in ensuring that our content aligns with the company's brand voice, resonates with our target audience, and meets our business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a creative problem solver, and a collaborative team player with a proven track record of delivering high-quality content.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Development
- Develop and execute digital content marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and target audience.
- Create engaging and relevant content for various digital channels, including website, blog, social media, email campaigns, and more.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and ensure content consistency and alignment with brand voice and messaging
2. Content Marketing
- Plan and execute online advertising campaigns using platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility and drive traffic.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics using analytics tools to identify trends, optimize strategies, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
3. Content Management
- Manage and maintain the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery and publication of content across all channels.
- Uphold brand standards and ensure content quality, accuracy, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
4. Social Media Management
- Manage social media accounts to build brand awareness and engage with the audience.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to promote products or services.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a digital content creator or content marketer, preferably in payment technology-focused environment or Web3.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or other design and prototyping software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing metrics.
- Experience in SEO best practices and experience with keyword research and optimization is a plus
