We are looking for a talented Business Analyst to help us streamline our operations and drive our business forward.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in formulating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for our products, services, and internal processes.
- Help establish monitoring mechanisms and tracking systems to ensure operational excellence and mitigate any financial or operational risk
- Understand business processes, identify requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
- Develop tools and procedures to streamline operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields from leading university
- Minimum of 2 years of proven track record in IT business analysis, application solution, and design
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel with macro capabilities. Knowledge of VB .net and PowerBI is advantageous.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese so that one can manage both English and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and adept at managing stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
