Marketing Assistant Manager - Restaurant

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Assistant Manager to join our restaurant team. In this role, you will assist the Marketing Manager in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance brand presence. You will be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, managing social media platforms, and coordinating promotional events. Your role will also involve collaborating with various departments to ensure marketing efforts align with our overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize social media platforms to engage with customers and promote the restaurant.
  • Coordinate and execute promotional events and activities to drive traffic and increase brand awareness.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.
  • Prepare and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and media contacts.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; must be approachable and team-oriented.
  • Proficiency in marketing software, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to achieving results.
