Administration Manager

Jl (s) Investments Pte. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Office Management:Perform general office duties, including filing, scanning, and data entry.
    Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
    Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
    Coordinate and arrange travel and accommodations.
  2. Communication:Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
    Greet and assist visitors and clients.
    Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  3. Support to Team:Assist in preparing meeting agendas and minutes.
    Provide administrative support to management and staff.
    Manage and prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
  4. Record Keeping:Maintain and update filing systems and databases.
    Handle confidential information with discretion.
  5. Other Duties:Perform any other administrative tasks as needed to support the team and organization.

Requirements:

  1. Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
    Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role is advantageous.
  2. Skills:Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  3. Personal Attributes:Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
    Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
    Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  4. Technical Skills:Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines, and copiers).
    Experience with office management software (e.g., CRM systems, project management tools) is a plus.
  5. Flexibility:Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

⁠5.5 days a week

9am-6pm

•⁠ ⁠Work at warehouse (Pandan road)

•⁠ ⁠basic excel data analysis skill
