Job Scope:
- Conduct toolbox briefings, plan, and lead a team of electricians/workers to perform maintenance and project work
- Attend client meetings and project meetings
- Plan manpower and ensure material requirements for project tasks
- Perform routine checks and arrange for corrective actions as needed
- Check and approve workers' timecards
- Plan work assignments for workers
- Monitor workers safely
- Check site status
- Ensure that progress of works is within schedule
- Coordinate site work with the main contractor
Requirements:
· 3 years of relevant working experiences
- Able to work independently and possess strong leadership quality
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
