Job Objectives/Job Summary:
A Finance Manager oversees the financial management and reporting activities of the company and is responsible for budget planning as well as supporting the management team in offering insights and financial advice that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company.
Responsibilities/Duties:
As a crucial member of the finance team, a typical Finance Manager job description should include, but not be limited to:
- Ensure the day-to-day operation of finance department in Singapore runs smoothly.
- Oversee the financial activities of the finance teams.
- Handle full sets of accounting.
- Responsible for consolidating group accounts, financial analysis, budget and financial policies.
- Liaise with external auditors, company secretary and tax agents.
- Review of quarterly GST Returns and annual tax filing for the Group.
- Knowledge of IFRS will be highly advantage.
- Perform other ad-hoc assigned duties.
