Formerly known as Bukit Ho Swee Family Service Centre, South Central Community Family Service Centre (SCC) provides support to the low-income and vulnerable families in our community. While giving support to families who seek help in financial, social or relationship issues, we encourage community self-help and cooperation.

Adopting an all-encompassing strategy, we utilize the community to stimulate reciprocal assistance via social ties and inclusivity, with the objective of enabling low-income and susceptible households and realizing the complete potential of the upcoming generation for revolutionary transformation.
What are we looking out for?
As an Admin & I.T Executive, the ideal candidate shall assist in operations and administrative support, including basic IT support for the organisation.
The ideal candidate shall support and work closely with the Administration Manager to ensure the smooth operations of the organisation and in general administration.
Key responsiblities
Centre Management
· Assist in ensuring the smooth operation of the centre including its satellite offices.
· Monitor and manage purchases and support the efficient use and disbursement of materials, equipment, and resources of the centre, e.g. basic amenities replenishment and office supplies, etc.
· Identify areas of improvement and proactively make necessary and timely modifications/changes.
· Ensure the centre’s safety and support in maintaining and upkeeping office cleanliness, repairs and fixtures of the facilities.
· Support the Admin Manager in the coordination and supervising of office cleaners.
Procurement and Vendors’ Management
· Support in the purchase of materials, equipment, and services necessary for the smooth operation of the centre.
· Ensure the proper recording, filing, and tracking of service contracts, equipment, license renewals, etc.
Finance
· Payment and claims submission (Shared & Corporate Services): liaison with vendors and internal staff for payments with supporting documents before e-submission.
I.T Support & Asset Management
· Provide I.T 1st level troubleshooting for team, including basic software and hardware issues, connectivity problems, and access management.
· Coordinate with I.T vendors for escalated issues, repairs or servicing.
· Manage I.T assets, including issuing and tracking laptops, phones, and other equipment.
Others
· HR: Support – basic onboarding/offboarding procedures. (Issuances and exit inventories, etc.)
· Meetings/Training: Manage meeting room booking and setting-up refreshments, etc.
· Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
· Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Admin & I.T Executive or similar roles or in similar sector.
· Proficiency in office applications (e.g., MS Office and NetSuite).
· Equipped with basic I.T skills competencies and end user support.
· Strong organisational skills and time management are core essentials.
· Highly meticulous and resourceful with strong initiative skills.
· Adaptability to cope with evolving changes and a proactive team player with a positive attitude.
· Professional communication abilities (verbal and written), and comfortable engaging to all levels in management.
· Solutionist mindset and enabler prioritising multitasking of daily workload.
