- 5+ years of hands-on project management experience in the Retail/CPG industry, with a focus on D2C and B2B projects.
- Proven experience with PIM, CDP, CRM, and SFMC implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for D2C and B2B initiatives in the Retail/CPG domain.
- Manage the implementation of Product Information Management (PIM) solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Oversee the integration and deployment of CDP and CRM systems to improve customer engagement and data management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including product owners, technical teams, and marketing departments, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to project milestones and quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, providing timely solutions to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate effective communication between all project participants and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare reports for senior management.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices and lessons learned from previous projects.
