Administration
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing and sourcing for third party vendors.
- Liaise with external service providers such as IT vendors and insurance agents.
- Handle ad hoc assignments from time to time.
Human Resource
- Oversee recruitment, job advertisement, process application, renewal and cancellation of work passes.
- Handle employees’ medical and insurance benefits.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Managing other staff matters pertaining to staff employment, confirmation and resignation.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma
- 3-5 years proven working experience in the office management and HR functions
- Familiar with MOM regulations and labour laws
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Good working knowledge of microsoft office applications.
- Resourceful with a positive working attitude.
