Job Scope
- Oversee procurement coordination with vendors for logistics, transportation services, equipment (e.g., gas detectors, protective gear), leased vehicles, laboratory management services, and air-freighting samples.
- Handle third-party invoice processing.
- Monitor sales pipelines and demand forecasts.
- Prepare and manage billing and billing accrual processes.
- Analyze sales and billing performance.
- Maintain registers for sales and procurement contracts.
- Perform data entry related to metrics, sales figures, and other key data.
- Translate sales information into clear, readable formats.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including reserving conference rooms, setting up equipment, booking flights and hotels, and creating presentations.
- Manage financial administrative tasks, including corporate card use, expenses, and accurate processing of departmental invoices.
- Ensure the needs of internal and external clients are met.
Requirement:
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Logistics or any field of studies
- At least 3 years of sales support experience in Chemical Manufacturing industry will be an advantage
