Responsibility
- Leading project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery
- Managing schedules, budgets, and resources, and coordinating with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and subcontractors
- Prepare master construction program and catch-up program, if applicable
- Requires regular site inspections, risk management, and progress reporting
- Ability to manage Subcontractors and plan in progress for all works on site
- Involve in planning all works on site, including program schedules and construction methods, forecast equipment, material and manpower requirement, and control usage and wastages of all
- Effective communication with stakeholders and maintaining strong relationships are key
- Ability to address and solve on-site issues that may impact project schedules
- Adherence to safety and environmental regulations, implementing best practices, and resolving technical issue
Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree majored in Civil Engineering or equivalent recognised by PEB Singapore.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction industry
- Experience in Electrical Works Project will be preferred
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in managing the safety and timely delivery to projects
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure
