- Degree in Computing or related discipline to support job requirements.
- At least 8 years of experience in L3/L4 Support for Pricing and Billing product of Bank
- Experience in PL/SQL, Oracle, Unix/Linux, Autosys, Control-M, Shell scripting, Putty, Splunk, Geneos.
- SIT/UAT support for the Issue fixes and CR/Projects.
- Requirement analysis and FSD/Use case preparation.
- Engage in any Upgrade/Obsolescence/EOL of the software related to the application.
- Analyse Security and Software vulnerabilities of application and its remediation.
- Co-ordinate with vendor on any open Incidents / Problems and escalate till closure.
- Daily health checks and monitoring of the batch processes.
- Handle queries from Business users on the system functionalities and business reports. Release management and Version tracking using Jenkins, Bit bucket, Aldon.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
