Job Responsibilities:
- Planning and scheduling of projects
- To manage M&E construction projects and to monitor the projects are carried out with respect to the target schedule
- To handle design for Electrical distribution System/lighting/power/PA System/solar/switchboard/transformer and to ensure clients' requirements are met
- To attend project meeting and to coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and sub contractors
- Preparation of Progress Claim, Materials Submission, Risk Assessment, Progress Report, Shop Drawings & As Built Drawings for projects
- To forecast and anticipate possible issue for projects and to eliminate potential risks
- Site supervision and to liaise with supervisors and workers to ensure smooth work flow
- Planning of manpower and work arrangement with site person in charge
- To liaise with suppliers on procurement and delivery of materials and equipment
- Preparation of Method of Statement, Risk Assessments for various installation works
- Assist in settlement of project final account including variation orders
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Mechanical Engineer
- Preferably Engineer specialized in Engineering - Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent
- At least 3 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Demonstrated expert experience in electrical System/Fluently in Auto Cad design /Microsoft
