The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with stakeholders. The candidate should be confident communicating regularly with the stakeholders in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. The candidate will play a pivotal role in the creative process, helping to conceptualize and visually communicate ideas for various projects.
Responsibilities
· Collaborate with the facilities management team to conceptualize, brainstorm and develop design concepts that align with project goals and stakeholder requirements.
· Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects
· Meet with stakeholders in order to understand the stakeholder's objectives
· Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in order to address their needs
· Create detailed 2D sketches, drawings, and digital renderings to illustrate design concepts and ideas.
· Prepare presentations (3D, 2D,mock-ups and renderings) for internal and external stakeholders
· Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant
Qualifications
· Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in related fields
· Proficient in and Microsoft Office suite
· Familiarity in AutoCAD will be an added advantage
· Strong creative and communication skills
