Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support for project implementation and project supervision.
2. Conduct incident handling and troubleshooting for our VIP customers.
3. Provide demonstrations or Proof of Concept (POC) to our target customers.
4. Conduct training workshops for our customers or partners.
5. Provide 24/7 standby support for incidents and problem handling.
6. Remote support after office hours may be required.
7. Provide after-sales technical support for H3C server systems, storage, and other IT systems, resolving various complex issues encountered by customers during usage.
8. Responsible for H3C project and product technical support, including pre-sales testing, project management, engineering implementation, issue resolution, technical training, and communication.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3 years or more experience in system operation and maintenance or 3 years or more experience in IT product technical support. (IT-related certifications are preferred.)
2. Proficient in mainstream x86 server-related technologies, performance analysis, fault diagnosis, and server management features (e.g., SNMP/Redfish/Restful API, familiar with at least one server management software).
3. Familiar with Windows Server, Linux, VMware, and other operating systems, with knowledge of basic management, maintenance, and troubleshooting of these systems.
4. Understanding of basic Layer 2 network concepts (e.g., VLAN, link aggregation, stacking, DCBX, FCoE), and basic storage technologies (e.g., storage LUN configuration and zoning).
5. Excellent customer communication and presentation skills, with an outgoing personality and willingness to integrate into a team.
6. Strong ability to continuously learn and a desire to develop technical knowledge, with good hands-on skills and the ability to independently or collaboratively complete complex tasks.
