This role serves as a leader in Project Development of Fashion and Watches & Fine Jewelry Boutiques within Asia, with a focus on leveraging Digital & Technology as a key enabler to elevate the RSDD function to the next level of strategic service provider and acceleration in extended agility. This role will partner with the local markets and key stakeholders such as Tech, QS, IP, Insurance, Real Estate, Legal, Finance, to manage and deliver boutique projects following the regional and global guidance from all aspects.

- Provide strong leadership over the project execution of each boutique in close collaboration with Real Estate, local markets, QS, IP and external landlords and contractors.
- Promote the best practice of project management from the design to the handove to each market business division.
- Ensure the proper implementation from the design stage, of the right balance between business needs both client experience and operational excellence, and architectural achievements across each boutique project.
- Manage a solid project brief together with Head of Project Development, Real Estate, Finance, and local markets.
- Provide the best architectural vision to enable the business excellence
- Communicate with the Concept Designers team on a regular and timely basis and strive for purposeful design development.
- Formulate design solutions during the design development phase and work on project specific constraints during construction phase.
- Motivate and capitalize internal and external resources and networks to collaborate with the Digital & Technology projects from design to operation, such as data analytics, blending architectural design with technical specifics, etc
- Embrace technology to digitally transform the design and execution
- Leverage data analytic in boutique design
- Market intelligence in the current design trend and construction standards
