Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts and Office Executive to manage our financial records and office operations. The ideal candidate will preferably have experience with AutoCount accounting software and be able to handle a full set of accounts, as well as manage the administrative, logistics and human resource matters of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records for 2 local companies using AutoCount accounting software
- Handle full set of accounts end to end, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, Inventory and Order management.
- Prepare and review financial statements, invoices, and reports
- Manage office operations, including administrative tasks and supply management
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
- Provide support to the management team and other departments as needed
Requirements:
- At least 5+ years of experiences with AutoCount accounting software or any ERP softwares
- Ability to handle full set of accounts
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting
