We are seeking an experienced and skilled Management Reporting Accountant to handle financial management tasks, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Preparing income statements, balance sheets, and other financial documents for monthly management meeting.
- Performance Measurement: Evaluating the company’s financial performance for monthly management meeting.
- Budgeting: Prepare the annual and quarterly budget
- Cash Management: Monthly Cashflow analysis and forecasting
- Problem Identification: Identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to management.
- Systems Evaluation: Assessing and recommending improvements to financial information systems.
- Communications: Communicate with the Board and Shareholders
- Ad Hoc Projects: Provide inputs on inter-departmental projects
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Finance / Accounting or CPA
- 3-5 years in similar capacity
- Experience in financial reporting, financial budgets as well as financial forecast of multiple projects.
- Good Interpersonal, written and communication skill
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detailed-oriented with strong organizational skills
