Position Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Singapore
Job Responsibilities:
- Business Expansion:Identify and develop new markets and business opportunities to expand the hot pot brand’s market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners to drive business collaborations.
Develop and implement business development strategies to drive company growth in the food and beverage industry.
- Market Research:Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and competitors, providing strategic recommendations.
Monitor market dynamics and customer needs, adjusting business strategies to align with market changes.
- Brand Promotion:Design and implement brand promotion activities to enhance the visibility and market influence of the hot pot brand.
Coordinate and manage marketing activities, including online and offline promotional strategies.
- Sales Management:Set sales targets and track performance to ensure the implementation of business development plans and achievement of goals.
Monitor and analyze sales data to optimize sales processes and improve efficiency.
- Partnership Management:Identify and evaluate potential business partners and suppliers, driving successful implementation of collaborative projects.
Maintain relationships with existing partners to maximize mutual benefits.
- Project Management:Oversee the implementation and management of hot pot projects, including new store openings and market expansions.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, meeting the company's strategic goals and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience:Diploma or higher qualification, preferably in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
At least 5 years of business development experience in the food and beverage industry, with hot pot experience preferred.
- Skills and Abilities:Excellent business acumen and strategic planning skills.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of interacting effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
Proficient in market analysis and project management.
- Language Requirements:Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
- Other Requirements:Positive work attitude with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
