Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for driving sales and managing projects related to surveillance security and CCTV solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of security technologies, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with commercial enterprises and SMBs in hospitality, F&B and education sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Upsell, support partners and independent distributors to achieve revenue targets for existing and new clients in surveillance security and CCTV solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth within the commercial enterprise and SMB sectors and feed the lead back to supporting partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations and product partners from System integrators and distributors. Able to front end user with partners to understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their security requirements.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from initial client engagement to project completion. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in surveillance security and CCTV technologies. Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients and partners based on their specific needs and industry best practices.
  • Able to prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations with distribution partners. Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring all contractual agreements are accurately documented.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress. Generate regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and project outcomes.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successful sales and project management in the surveillance security or CCTV industry. Would also consider candidates from the telecom or system integrators environment selling network infrastructure solutions in ICT.
  • Strong understanding of surveillance and security technologies, including CCTV systems and related solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with sales and project management tools is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for achieving sales targets
