This position's major responsibility is to create and implement digital marketing strategies to promote the preschool, recruit new families, and engage existing parents.
Key tasks include administering the company's website, developing compelling social media content, managing email marketing campaigns, optimising paid advertising efforts, analysing campaign results, and partnering with internal teams to increase enrolment and brand recognition.
To be successful in this role, you must have a solid understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, outstanding communication skills, a creative attitude, and the ability to work autonomously while meeting deadlines.
Job Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive digital marketing plan that aligns with the preschool's aims and objectives. Identify your target audience and design tailored digital marketing to reach them effectively.
- Website Management: Oversee the preschool's website content, ensuring that it is current, engaging, and search engine optimised (SEO); monitor website performance indicators; and conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Paid Advertising: Plan and execute paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to drive traffic and generate leads, as well as optimise ad campaigns using performance data to maximise ROI and achieve campaign goals.
- Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content, such as blog posts, articles, newsletters, and videos, to highlight the preschool's programs and educational approach, and work with designers and content developers to create high-quality visuals and multimedia content.
- Analytics and Reporting: Use tools like as Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing platforms to track campaign performance, KPIs, and produce regular reports to analyse important metrics, discover patterns, and make data-driven suggestions for future campaigns.
