Carry out appropriate cost estimate of projects/tender
Prepare quotation/purchase order
Update project costing
Taking out quantity and measurement for tender
Ensure timely submission of tender
Handover full set of tender documents to PM upon award of tender
Must ensure all documents are in order
Must indicate on plan how the quantities were derived
Attend tender interview/project meeting or VO meeting
Source for vendors
Source for new tender through GeBiz
Attend site showround
Update movement chart and tender submission chart
To follow up on tender result
Requirements
Minimum 2 years relevant experiences
Diploma/Degree Cert
Able to work under tight schedule
Able to work independently
Able to start at short notice
