Position Objective
We are seeking a talented and passionate individual to assist our team in the promotion of the Japan Desk
Business division through cross -country regional -level client negotiations , candidate and client marketing ,
and member education activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relations
- Understanding and organizing client needs and connecting to local team.
- Especially, from the head office in Japan, large projects that cross borders, and complicated requests.
- Supporting local sales activities in each country.
Building relationships and connections
- Participation in various seminars and communities
- Organizing our own seminars and workshops
- Building relationships with JCCI, Embassy, and Jetro etc.
- Building relationships with Japanese Local Bank and other partners to enhance client referrals.
Promotion of Key Initiatives
- AP100 Japan
- Japanese Candidate Placement
- Local candidate placement in Japan
- Educational activity to local members.
Marketing Activity
- Advertising operations
- Utilization of in-house media including doda Global.
- Planning marketing activities
Profile Requirements
- Must possess a bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of work experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Working experiences in presenting and providing sales/solution services in fluent & proficient business Japanese language to clients.
Job Descriptions
- Work experience in regional headquarters or regional office providing support to overseas countries preferred.
- Attentive to details; good written and spoken English and Japanese
- Proficient with MS EXCEL, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
- Comfortable in a multi-cultural, highly dynamic, and fast-paced work environment
