Procurement & Admin Support Executive

Key Responsibilities (Procurement)

  • Support end users on sourcing request and supplier onboarding
  • Order Processing, order fulfilment (PO issuance, coordinate with vendors on delivery of goods/services)
  • Liaise with vendors to investigate and resolve any discrepancies issues
  • Prepare and maintain procurement records for Item Master List, Vendor Master List, PR/PO Records, Invoices
  • Monitor and follow-up on open/unconfirmed Purchase Orders
  • E-commerce platform order processing in full cycle from order entry to invoice, etc; ageing report, courier billings, pick & pack, ensuring accurate delivery
  • Responsible for Inventory Management and replenishment, weekly, monthly and yearly stock-take
  • Assistance to Finance on Customer invoice billing queries
  • Goods Receipt and Purchase Requisition to SAP system, Proof of Delivery POD filing
  • Consignment Products Order Monitoring by Dates

Key Responsibilities (Office Admin)

  • Update and maintain of employee P-files
  • Assist in training adminstration arrangements for internal/external courses
  • Handle on-boarding and off-boarding process
  • Procure office stationery, business cards, uniforms, etc and issue to employees
  • Attend to incoming enquires or calls, if any
  • Coordinate Company events on special occasions
  • Assist in internship programme with local Polytechnics, ITE College and University
  • Update Foreign employee address/contact, Application of Work Permit and Prepare Employment Contract
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Dept Head of Human Resource & Procurement

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain, or in any relevant discipline
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of related working experience in Food Manufacturing Industry will be an added advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. On-job training will be provided
  • Good interpersonal skills with multi-tasking abilities
  • Must be customer-oriented, flexible, team player, improvement-minded 'Can-Do' attitude
  • Work experience in administration/support function will be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in SAP system will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • 5 days work week. Work location to be at Kallang area. Job Contract: Full Time Permanent role
