Job Description
- Oversee production schedules to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Coordinate with Directors, Producers, and other key personnel to plan and execute production strategies.
- Manage the timeline of production, including pre-production, production, and post-production phases.
- Prepare and manage production budgets, including cost estimation.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among the Production Team.
- Ensure the availability of necessary resources.
- Monitor the progress of production and make adjustments as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between production and clients, stakeholders.
- Prepare reports on production progress, budget usage, and project outcomes.
- Analyze past productions to identify areas for improvement in future projects.
