As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and success of our software platform, capturing the Adult Learning & Development ecosystem in the region. You will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle within a fast-growing environment. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our product roadmap and vision.
Responsibilities
· Create effective product roadmap by engaging stakeholders to understand the business needs and translate it to product specifications for features development.
· Manage and improve existing product offerings over complete lifecycle adopting the Agile methodology.
· Identify user problems and ideate with designers to put in place solutions for a solid product experience.
· Communicate with developer team members on technical objectives and requirements.
· Facilitate resolution of blockers and highlight potential product risks in the development timeline to ensure timely product releases.
· Work with business users and internal stakeholders to plan for UAT, and coordinate and monitor the progress; ensure acceptance of UAT.
· Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support successful go-to-market launches for new features.
· Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape related to Adult Learning & Development.
Skills & Experience
· 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Product Manager or similar role in B2B PaaS or SaaS.
· Demonstrated experience in product development and contributing to product strategies.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Ability to understand and translate both business needs and technical requirements.
· Experience working in fast-paced environments and meeting deadlines.
· Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
· Knowledge of the EdTech industry is a plus.
