Responsibilities:
- Responsible to manage the Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) team.
- Reviewing EHS policies and practices.
- Advises the management team on EHS related matters.
- Manages and reviews EHS policies, standards, procedures and the EHSMS in accordance with business needs.
- Undertakes analysis of the EHS performances and allocating resources to improve performance.
- Responsible for managing department resources including manpower, internal assets and external vendors.
- Provides technical advice & support to other department on EHS related matters.
- Deploys EHS program.
- Manages EHS performance.
- Leads EHS related incident investigation.
- Manages business continuity.
- Manages people & organizational function.
- Manages EHS management policies & procedures.
- Undertakes any other tasks
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree related to EHS or any Engineering fields
- Possess Hotwork Assessor Certification & Confined Space Assessor Certification are added advantage
- Good understanding of Workplace Safety & Health Act & Shipbuilding & Ship Repairs regulation
- Good report writing & incident investigation & analytical skills
- Possess strong leadership & interpersonal skill
- Proficient in MS Office for reporting and presentation purpose

- Location: Benoi Road (Island-wide transport provided)
- 5 days work week
- Working Hours: 7.25am to 5.00pm
