Main tasks and responsibilities
- This role will support both local (70%) and regional marketing needs (30%).
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement effective marketing initiatives such as promotions, newsletters or seasonal campaigns.
- Lead local field marketing initiatives. This will include budget preparation, vendor management, content preparation and post-event activities, with a focus on achieving event KPIs.
- Lead publication of English content on company marketing website and LinkedIn page for the Southeast Asia region. Working with local and HQ teams to create, update content and publish web content (blogs, infographics, promotions etc.).
- Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Eloqua to generate and nurture prospects. Scope may include lead qualifying and appointment setting.
- First point of contact for all web and app enquiries from Singapore, ensuring response in a timely and informative fashion.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum 3-year work experience in marketing
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Marketing, or related fields
- Required proficiency in Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva (mandatory)
- Required proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, PPT, Excel (Pivot table, V-lookup, formulas)
- Good communication skills, proactive and able to work independently.
- Good to have experience working in the logistics industry and/or event setup
