Mission: In accordance with the "All Sustainable" policy and the guidelines defined by the "Environment, Human Rights and Sustainable Mobility" governances, the Corporate Social Responsibility Manager leads the Sustainable Development approach of the sector (Environment, Social or Societal) for which he or she is responsible.
KEY EXPECTED RESULTS
- Manage rubber smallholder sustainable development projects across Asia (ID, TH, SL), collaborating with a wide array of stakeholders including OEM customers.
- Lead ESG reporting (CDP, SPOTT, GPSNR) to establish the Group as a leader in ESG transparency and performance.
- Engage and assess supply chain on ESG performance (due diligence, risk management, and EUDR).
- Represent the Group in multiple working groups in the multistakeholder platform 'Global Platform for Sustainable Natural Rubber', operating in sensitive environments with civil society and competitors.
- Monitor and adapt company policy to new regulatory and normative constraints (ISO 26000, GRI, etc.)
- Monitor new trends in Sustainable Development and Mobility.
